Have many of you had lower blepharoplasty? Rather than reviews, I want to hear from people who actually had it done, but no one around me has had lower blepharoplasty.. I have dark circles + bulging under-eyes, and I heard it works well, so I'm interested. Can dark circles really improve too? Which clinics should I look at?
