For rhinoplasty revision, I went to consultations at ㅌㅍㅇㅅ(ㅏㅔㅣㅡ) / ㅈㅇㅈㅇ(ㅏㅕㅜㅢ) / ㅇㅇ(ㅗㅔ), these three places, and after thinking about the surgical materials, I decided on a clinic. I decided to do it at ㅌㅍㅇㅅ, and I told the director that I wanted it to look glamorous, but asked them to use materials with fewer side effects, so they decided to use silicone + autologous costal cartilage. People say costal cartilage isn’t recommended for a first nose surgery, but since mine is a revision rhinoplasty, I thought it would be okay and decided on it. And they say the nasal tip lasts a long time too, so I think I made a good choice.
