I used to have a huge complex about the fat on my upper arms that always stuck out, and no matter how much I dieted, I felt like my arms would never slim down to the way I wanted, so I thought about liposuction for about two years? Just because of my upper arms, my frame looked so big and I looked like such a large person, but after arm liposuction, that bulky look disappeared,, After surgery, I still have underarm pigmentation and some fibrosis lumps left, but my arms used to stress me out so, so much that I think I can totally accept this much and would do it again haha
