I had it done 4 years ago at a clinic located in Apgujeong, and having small eyes was such a big complex for me that I got it around January before entering university. I had epicanthoplasty + double-eyelid surgery, and because my outer eye corners were upturned, they recommended doing lateral canthoplasty at the same time too, but I thought the swelling would really last about 3 months if I did that (I had to go to university orientation too,,), so I didn’t do the lateral canthoplasty. After getting it done, my eyes definitely became bigger, but the double eyelids are a bit stronger than I expected. I’m currently considering revision surgery...
