A year ago, I filled the part connecting the nasal bridge and nasal tip with filler and only used cartilage for the nasal tip. But after lifting the nasal tip, the filler sank, so now I can see a depression in the middle. Should I fill it again with filler, or should I redo both the nasal bridge and nasal tip? Also, is ㅍㄹㅁㅇ okay these days? There’s a long wait and a lot of negative comments, so I’m worried. I made a consultation reservation, but I’m concerned.
