You shouldn’t take eye plastic surgery lightly.

It’s actually safer to put silicone in the nose. If you remove the silicone, it goes back to how it was. With the eyes, they cut and stitch living tissue, so it can’t go back to the original state. Unless it’s done without a blade, like the non-incisional buried suture method, it’s a really scary surgery, so I hope people think carefully. If side effects happen and you get functional problems, look worse, and it becomes obvious you had surgery, it’s honestly fifty thousand times more painful and harder to endure than before surgery.
