I was thinking about getting eye and nose surgery at the same time, and I’ve had quite a bit of petit procedures done, but this was my first time with surgery, so I researched a lot. The style I wanted was eyes - semi-out / glamorous style / open, cool-looking feel, nose - straight-to-curved line, also a glamorous feel. After researching online, ㅂㄴ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㅌㅌㅇ, and ㄷㅇㅇ seemed to match my style, so today this is my review after going to ㅂㄴ and ㄷㅇㅇ for now..
ㅂㄴ - Director ㅂ
First, the clinic felt smaller? than I expected, and I waited about 10 minutes? then had a consultation with the consultant right away, followed by the director consultation. The director was younger and kinder than I expected, so I was a bit surprised.. He was very relaxed? and said that semi-out would be a bit difficult for my eyes, but in-out seemed possible ㅠㅠ Since I used a lot of double-eyelid tape and things like that since I was young, my eyes are the type where inner double eyelids appeared and disappeared, and he said it looked like non-incisional double eyelid surgery would be enough. He said he would do it together with ptosis correction and try to bring out as glamorous a feel as possible.
For my nose, I got filler 13 years ago, and Director ㅂ said something like, by now it must have all dissolved, but the consultant said I would need to dissolve it. For the nasal bridge and nasal tip, I had a slight hump, bulbous nose, nasolabial angle, and something else, but I forgot that part.. Anyway, they said that’s what would need to be done... Since I don’t have no nasal bridge at all, he said that for under 3 mm, he uses cartilage? or something like my own tissue. No silicone. So when I asked, then wouldn’t it get absorbed later and make my nose lower? he explained in detail that the nasal bridge has to be raised to match the nasal tip. He said if the nasal bridge is put in too high, it becomes a straight nose like a man’s. So he said he would use 3.5 mm silicone. He said men usually start from 6 mm.. The director consultation was really kind, and he kept shaping the line and even drew pictures while explaining, so kind.. Since it was my first consultation I was really nervous, and even though I asked all kinds of things, he answered everything.
I had the price consultation with the consultant again, and they said they would discount about 300,000 won on the condition that I post 5 times on a review app. They also said they would include skin Botox as a service, so the total came out to about 5.4 million won??
ㄷㅇㅇ - Director ㄱㅊㅁ, Director ㄴㄷㅇ
Sigh.. I have a lot to say but won’t say it all. Since the clinic is big, I knew there would be waiting time, but I waited seriously long lol.. I went, got a nose CT, waited a long time again, then consulted with the consultant. When I first showed the consultant the photos I wanted, they said it seemed impossible.. But I was already exhausted from waiting so long. I hadn’t eaten a single meal, so I was hungry too.. Since there were so many doctors, I got a designated recommendation. When I said I wanted a glamorous style, the consultant said they would recommend someone, and Director ㅅ seemed the most famous, so when I mentioned that, they said that person is firm or whatever, and said they would introduce Director ㄴㄷㅇ and Director ㅊㅈㅎ. So after waiting a long time again, Director ㄴㄷㅇ came. When I showed the nose I wanted, he didn’t listen to me.. He just showed me almost a straight nose and said it would probably come out like this, then talked about autologous costal cartilage, and when I said that felt burdensome, he talked about mesh? or whatever that was, and said 6 mm silicone would go into the nasal bridge. . (What I questioned here was that at ㅂㄴ, they said if more than 3.5 goes in, it becomes a man’s nose ㅜ I don’t know which is right, so I want to quickly go to other places too...) He spread my nostrils and said something like, if we do it like this it should work, and left in less than 5 minutes.. ;; I was like, what was that? and waited again, then another director came, and until then I thought that person was Director ㅊㅈㅎ. Anyway, the other director said he was in charge of eyes. When I showed the photos, he tried holding a line with a toothpick and asked what I thought, so I said, yes?.. What do you mean what do I think? and he asked if it looked okay, so I said I can’t tell just looking like this.. If I showed the eye photos I wanted, I wanted him to tell me whether I need ptosis correction or need canthoplasty, but he kept only asking what I thought.. So when I just said nothing, he tried holding different eye lines here and there, then asked whether I wanted incisional or non-incisional, and before I could answer he immediately explained the pros and cons himself lol He said if I want to return to daily life right away, do non-incisional; if I don’t want it to loosen, do incisional. I wanted him to recommend the surgical method that fit my eyes, so I just said non-incisional.. Then he wrote something in English and left. Still, the director who looked at my eyes stayed longer than Director ㄴㄷㅇ. When he asked if I had any other questions, I just said no.. I thought, if I knew everything, I’d be the expert ㅠㅠ I was curious about how surgery should be done on my eyes to get as close as possible to the surgical feel I wanted, but he didn’t explain well ㅠ He kept only asking if it was okay ㅠ
When I consulted with the consultant again, they kept looking closely at my CT image and talking about donated costal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, and so on. But when I said, I want that straight-to-curved line for my nose, but the director talked as if it would be a straight nose, they said no, he is a skilled director and has amazing experience, then moved on to talking about Director ㄱㅊㅁ, so I said, huh?!? Wasn’t I seeing Director ㅊㅈㅎ? Then they said, ah~ I was going to assign that person to you, but they’re in surgery so they can’t consult today, and I meant to tell you but forgot.. lol They said that person is delicate and blah blah~~~ but I was already annoyed from the consultation, so after that I couldn’t hear it.. The price was about 1 million won cheaper than ㅂㄴ. Here, the condition was posting 10 reviews, and from reviews I’d heard there was a lot of pressure to pay a reservation deposit after consultation, but maybe because I looked angry, they didn’t pressure me at all.. lol When I left, they told me to go to the homepage, look at the directors’ reviews, designate a director, and visit again.. ㄷㅇㅇ was also a place I had definitely put on my list because I liked the review photos ㅠㅠ but this place is out..ㅜㅜㅠ
