I applied scar medication, but it still scarred. I think I’ll need to get additional scar injections. They say the area under the alar base tends to scar easily. For now, it’s better than not having had surgery, but it isn’t dramatic, so I’m planning to get alar reduction one more time. The scar is pretty large, so it’s visible even at a glance
