After<after surgery>After<after surgery>After<after surgery>After<front view after surgery>Before<front view before surgery>Before<before>I originally had nose filler, but even with nose filler, only the nasal bridge got higher; there was no improvement at all in reducing the alar width from the front or making my broad nose look less wide, so I ended up having surgery. As the swelling goes down, my nose is becoming slimmer, so it feels even higher. The incision scar from the alar reduction is exactly in the folded area, so unless you look closely, it's barely noticeable, and I think the director's technique is good. Next time I'll take more detailed photos and upload them! While doing the alar reduction, they tightened it once more with ElastiQ thread. They explained that this is a lifting thread, and because the front-view effect is big, my satisfaction is high! I'm not sure how the side profile was operated on, but it gives the effect of making my mouth look set back, and I think my image has changed for the better, so I should take good care of it going forward. Exercise and things like that may be a little more uncomfortable than before surgery, but I'm satisfied with my nose shape, so it's something I can tolerate. Men, please use this as a reference.
