I had nose surgery at another clinic before, but after a few years I developed contracture, with the tip of my nose drooping, so I had revision surgery. Even now, 5 years later, there is no contracture and it is such a pretty nose. I had it done with my septum cartilage, and it’s a straight-but-slightly-upturned line, which I really really love~
