There may be everyone who likes a natural look, but as someone who already had the surgery, I think naturalness is better found in the shape and feel... As time passes, the skin stretches, the upper fullness goes down, and you’ll get a pretty, naturally sagging UU shape, but once the swelling goes down and they settle, the size becomes much smaller than right after surgery... And when I look at photos in underwear or unclothed, they look big, right? Even though I got exactly the size I wanted now, once I actually wear clothes, they look small; It’s absolutely not like what everyone imagines, that if you go big it’ll be like rocket launch, bam!! I hope you don’t reduce the size just because you’re trying to make it natural for no reason.. Everyone planning breast surgery, make sure you gain good boob knowledge!!
