Review after one month of rhinoplasty

Before/after Before/after Before/after After after <8-month update ^_^Vv> Before <8-month update ^_^Vv 2> It’s been one month, about 6 weeks, since my rhinoplasty, and I’m more satisfied than I expected. Since acquaintances, family, and everyone here all tell me my nose turned out well, I’m posting this in hopes that more people can refer to it and get help while doing their research and consultations.

Surgical areas: nasal bridge, nasal tip, hump, osteotomy Clinic and surgeon: Private Plastic Surgery Clinic, Director Lee Jin-hwa

Before surgery, I thought my side profile was pretty decent, but after seeing the post-op photos, it definitely wasn’t haha.. After the consultation, I was busy with dental treatment in January, so I could only have surgery almost two months later. During that time, I kept wondering whether I should just cancel the reservation or not, and had all kinds of thoughts, but if I hadn’t done it, I seriously would have regretted it my whole lifeㅜ

For rhinoplasty, frontal improvement was also really important to me, and after more than a month, the swelling in my nose has gradually gone down, and I can see that it has become slimmer than before surgery, so I’m extremely satisfied!!!!!!!!! I think it has improved to some extent.

Also, my biggest stress was having a “bulbous nose,” but now I think the bulbous look has been somewhat corrected. Before surgery, I didn’t understand people who got rhinoplasty and only took photos from the front and side, but after surgery I understand how they feel..... When I take photos from the side and front, my nose really looks so pretty............ ㅜㅜ

To be honest, if I was going to get my nose done, I had a strong desire to make it noticeably glamorous, and I also wanted to lower the columella a lot like model BSM. But during the consultation, the director realistically told me, “If we lower the columella that much on your nose, it could actually end up looking like Squidward’s nose, and because your glabella is high, if we put in too much silicone, you could look like an Avatar character. So rather than lowering the columella, it would be better to raise it, and we will use silicone for the nasal bridge, but not make it too high at the glabella.” That made me trust him more, so I trusted the director with my nose, and I think that’s why the rhinoplasty was completed successfully!

I live outside Seoul, so it took about 10 hours round trip to get to the clinic, and on the day of surgery I went alone, but it was okay! Since I couldn’t come in the next day to have the nasal packing removed, the director said I could remove it myself after 24 hours, so I just took it out myself. Fortunately, there was no bleeding and I think it was fine.

All photos are taken with the basic camera and are unedited. If you have any questions, leave more comments!
