Do you mean the nose becomes uglier than before? Or just that they are saying if you had surgery because you did not like the original nose, they do not recommend removing everything again? It probably depends on the degree of correction, but I wonder whether people who do full removal usually hope to go back to the original state, or whether they do it while giving up a lot of the original nose shape.
