When I look at removal reviews, they say they left the support in place, but is that because the support was still fine enough to keep? When I consult, they say mine has gotten weak so it needs reinforcement. Excluding cases where reinforcement is done, does leaving it in place mean reusing the existing support? Or does it mean they don't reuse it either, and just remove everything else while leaving the support untouched? I'm wondering whether the support gets badly damaged when removing the cartilage that was placed on the tip no matter what.. I want to remove everything only, without reinforcement or reuse
