Autologous costal cartilage removal T_T I can’t decide on a hospital.... I feel like I’m going crazy T_T

I have to have surgery soon because I don’t have much time, but I still can’t decide on a hospital..... Could you help me with your opinions? It’s really a severe pinocchio nose, you know? It’s so bad that even doctors would say I went too far and made it into a Pinocchio nose... I didn’t even know my naturally low nose could be made this high, but anyway T_T this will be my third revision, and I’m planning to lower it naturally.... 1. I went for consultation twice. At the first consultation, they said to remove the columella. They said it wasn’t that droopy and that they’d make it pretty.... But at the second consultation, they said if the columellar support is removed, the tip will droop, and that the mock photo from the first consultation has to come out well for this nose to work. So I got a new plan with ear cartilage added. But the design wasn’t properly discussed and the consultation ended there. Since the first and second consultation contents were different T_T, I wondered whether this really matched up. I haven’t seen many photo reviews for this place except on the homepage, but in the open chat room it seemed like quite a few people go there, and people say it’s safety-oriented, has no fatal reviews, and is good with aftercare. That kind of feedback seems to exist.... 2. This is also a place I went to twice. The first and second consultations were exactly the same. The consultation was thorough, they asked all the questions I wanted, and explained everything clearly so I could understand.... Looking at the CT, they said I have a bridge in my native nose, but because my forehead bone is high, it would be better to add more to the bridge. But everywhere I’ve been so far keeps saying my bridge is high, so I was wondering why I thought it was low (I found out here why I thought it was low, and why I had the complex of feeling like my midface was sunken... haha). Their aesthetic sense seems similar too, but they’ve only been open for about 6 years? And the director is so young... I’m wondering whether it’s okay for my third revision to be done here.... They even run a YouTube channel, but there are really, really almost no surgery reviews.... T_T (There wasn’t even a surgery-review event) So I’m worried.... 3. They said removal of the columellar support is possible here... They said if I bring in edited photos, they’ll match the shape. Lately, reviews have been posted here often on the revision board, and I like that the reviews are detailed. They say they can reposition the cartilage and tie it off with non-absorbable thread, and without a columellar support they can place ear cartilage on the tip to make it a bit higher than my natural nose. But since my nose is already made quite high, they say it could droop or get lifted too much, though they say that won’t happen here, so I’m a little worried... I really need to decide now T_T I just can’t make up my mind..... I really have to have surgery soon 🥲🥲🥲🥲 please help....... T_T
