I’m scheduled to have revision eye surgery soon with Director Lee Jun-hyuk at ㅇㄴㅋ. But it’s kind of a major surgery: I’m getting incisional ptosis correction, upper blepharoplasty, and epicanthoplasty.
When I first did online research, there were so many hospitals that seemed good that I was confused, you know? But after going to in-person consultations, I definitely got a sense of which hospital I should choose. If you’re not sure, I think the priority is to go for consultations first and understand each clinic’s style. I decided on ㅇㄴㅋ because I liked that they consulted very thoroughly not only about my preoperative condition but also about what my condition would be like after surgery. Of course, the reviews, consultation style, and back-and-forth communication were also good, yeah.
But after getting revision eye surgery like this, when will I be able to return to daily life? I was told it would be 2 weeks, or 3 weeks at the longest, but I’m curious how long it takes to recover completely. I guess it probably depends on each person’s constitution and skin/tissue characteristics?
