I have epicanthal folds and short horizontal eyes. Because of the epicanthal folds, the inner part looked cramped, and I wanted eyes that would look open and bright, so I had a consultation for about 20 minutes. At other places, they all said that because my interbrow distance is narrow, widening the inner corners would make my eyes look crowded, but here they said I should get an inner corner opening. They just said I only needed a very simple medial canthoplasty, and when I asked how much to open it and exactly where and how the surgery would be done, they answered as if annoyed and made me ask. After the consultation with the surgeon ended, the manager told me the price.
