Don’t make your rhinoplasty harder like I did by unnecessarily scraping out filler... dissolving it... and all that

I got it from a director who uses dermal grafts well~ When I looked into it~ I found out he was a famous doctor who mainly does difficult nose surgeries~
Choosing the director is very important too~
