3-week review of breast fat grafting

This is my 3-week review after breast fat grafting and liposuction of the thighs, under-buttocks fat, loose upper-arm fat, and accessory breast fat. In my case, when I was looking into surgery, what I was most curious about was returning to daily life after surgery, so I’ll focus on my physical recovery.

The first week right after surgery was so hard. Especially the compression garment ㅜㅜ I hated it so much But everyone said in unison that you have to wear the compression garment properly for the lines to settle nicely, so I endured it and wore it. My breasts were full, firm, and I was satisfied with the size hehe During week 1, the bruising kept flowing downward with gravity, so even the ends of my limbs turned blue and ached. It may differ from person to person, but I barely bruised on my breasts, while the bruising on my arms and legs was no joke. Even the director saw it and went, “Oh my” ㅜㅜ I can’t really remember what kind of aftercare I got at the clinic during week 1.

Even in week 2 after surgery, my arms and legs were still blue, but I did feel like the bruises were slowly starting to fade. I prepared and ate everything that was said to be good for the breasts: bananas, prunes, milk, avocado, salmon, and nuts. When I went to the clinic in week 2, I received an aftercare treatment called CAPS(?) and afterward it felt like the tightness in my arms and legs had loosened a bit~ The director came in, checked on me, gave me a sweet smile, answered my questions, and left. At that time, I didn’t have that many questions.

I diligently massaged with bruise cream and ate all sorts of things said to reduce swelling, and after barely getting the bruising under control, the bruises were all gone by week 3. I also started light exercise again, like simple stretching. I can more or less raise my arms overhead, but bending my arms while they are raised, like when tying my hair, is impossible. I asked the director what that occasional tearing sensation in my arm muscles was, and he said the muscle really could tear ㅡㅡ and told me to be careful because I could get dark bruising again... He told me my breast size is now almost finalized. Ohoho! In week 3, I received CAPS care again and left the clinic looking forward to my final week-4 CAPS care.

If I had only had liposuction, I would have gone straight into dieting, but since breast fat grafting was the goal, I gained about 3 kg. I want week 4 to pass quickly so I can return to the world of dieting!

Foolishly, I don’t have a before-surgery photo ㅡㅡ Hmm, I was basically flat as a pancake. The fat took better than I had worried, so I think about 70% of the injected amount remains. I want summer to come quickly so I can try wearing something called a bikini~~~
