So I've been strongly recommending the surgery to people around me. Of course, only to my closest acquaintances lol, the ones who know I had surgery haha
Losing weight and working hard on aftercare definitely had a good effect on the surgical result, but honestly, even before, I was worried about my chest, so I exercised a lot and got myself down to a very skinny body. But even though I looked thin, the gynecomastia was still there;;; so strange lol;;
Even to me, now the incision at the nipple area and those small holes have healed to the point where they are hard to see, so if I don't specifically say I had surgery, I don't think other people would really notice.
This summer, I'm definitely going to take my shirt off and hang out at the pool or the beach.. Looking at photos I've taken until now.. I was always wearing a sleeveless shirt.. or had some kind of clothing over me haha;
