I went in for a consultation because I really liked a photo I happened to see online. They said they don’t do closed rhinoplasty. There are also opinions that closed rhinoplasty is much better because it minimizes the incision area, so I wanted to do it closed, but from an ENT perspective, they said an incision is betterㅠㅜ
