My mom had lower blepharoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, and under-eye fat repositioning somewhere else around 2018 or 2019, but during the surgery she bled so much that they couldn’t do much fat repositioning, and they said they also couldn’t remove as much skin as they had initially expected, and that they did it in the safest way possible. She didn’t have any health problems, but the surgery was hard on her, it was expensive, and considering she stayed home for a month because of swelling and everything, there wasn’t such a dramatic change, so she had a strong distrust of under-eye fat repositioning and things like that.
But when I had under-eye fat repositioning, they used something called the Easyticon method, so I barely had any bruising and could go back to daily life right away, so I think she got a bit curious. Her eyes had also started to sag again. So I dragged her there and got her lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning for her 60th birthday, and it turned out so well. They paid a lot of attention to the tear trough area too, and now it’s been almost 3 years for my mom as well, and she has no wrinkles around her eyes lol For about the first six months, she kept asking if they had also given her some kind of volumizing collagen injection around her eyes, saying it looked puffier than her original face and that her cheekbones seemed a bit bigger, but the director said the surgery went well and to wait a bit longer. I guess my mom’s swelling lasted a little longer. After time passed, she was happy and said it seemed to have turned out really well. They say swelling goes down faster if you take walks.. but she didn’t do it even once.. Anyway, I got a lot of replies on the under-eye fat repositioning post I wrote, so I’m posting my mom’s review too~ Since both I and my mom got it done, the director gave us a bit of a discount too lolol
