My first nose surgery used ear cartilage + L-shaped silicone, and there was some inflammation, so I had the silicone removed. I want to get revision surgery ㅠ Could you recommend a hospital that is good at revision rhinoplasty?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
