Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m curious about the revision process for a silicone contracted nose ㅠㅠ

For my first surgery, silicone and ear cartilage were used, but I developed contracture, so I’m thinking about revision surgery using autologous rib cartilage.

Usually, from what I’ve seen, if there is inflammation, they remove the silicone and then do surgery about half a year later.

In my case, my nose became severely red from inflammation, and contracture developed at the same time, so

back then, I didn’t even really know it was contracture and only had surgery to remove the inflammation, but now I don’t think there is any inflammation.

In my current state, if I have autologous rib cartilage surgery, would it be possible to operate with autologous rib cartilage right away?
