Hello. I originally had a bulbous nose and had my first surgery 5 years ago, but I want revision surgery, so I briefly did some online research. The before-and-after difference from my first rhinoplasty isn’t bad overall. The overall side profile and nose tip shape are naturally pretty too (people usually don’t know I had surgery), but the problem is the front view.
1 My nose tip is still a bit blunt, so I want it to look slimmer. The columella area is also puffy, and my nose still feels a bit big, so heavy nose contouring is a must when doing makeup, and making it smaller with Photoshop is essential in photos.
2 My nostril wings are not only different in size, but their positions are also different. As time has passed, the columella has become shorter. It looks sunken, like a pig nose.
3 Overall, it is slightly deviated to the left.
I want to improve these parts, and since my original surgery was on the natural-glam side, I want the revision to be natural-glam too. I went for a revision consultation at the hospital where I had my first surgery, but they said there wasn’t really a way to do it and I heard some negative things, so I’m looking into new hospitals. So it will depend on what the director says, but for now, I want to lower the columella, lift the alar rims, and gather the nose tip to make it slimmer!

These are the ones I looked into. Are they all natural-glam places? I don’t want it to change dramatically like a chalk-stick nose, and I just want it to look a bit more refined.. If you could advise me on any places to avoid or any good places, I’d appreciate it! :)
