I'm from outside Seoul, so I want to do a KakaoTalk consultation first. Do they reply quickly and answer well? What I want to ask about is things like the cost and possible surgery dates, and I'm curious whether people usually do a lot of consultations like this through KakaoTalk! Before going up to Seoul for an in-person consultation, I want to do as much research as possible
