I had surgery using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but the bulbous-nose look wasn’t corrected and the nasal tip drooped too Some people say using rib cartilage is the answer if you want a slimmer nasal tip, so this time I’m thinking about removing everything and doing it with autologous rib cartilage. How much would it cost? I heard donated rib cartilage is cheaper, but I still think autologous rib cartilage would be better I’m looking at ㅇㅌ, ㄹㅅㅌ, ㅋㅇ
