I had surgery last Friday, so today marks exactly one week since my autologous costal cartilage nose revision, but I still really can’t breathe well, and it hurts every time I breathe. Because of that, I keep tensing my whole body so everything aches and hurts all over…. I seriously feel like I’m going crazy. It still takes me more than 1 minute to get up by myself 1. I can’t straighten my back properly either (it hurts when I try to straighten my back) 2. I have muscle pain here and there 3. Sometimes I can’t breathe well either
It’s been exactly one week since I had it done, is this normal..? Ha, doing it together with the nose really makes it even harder
