The places I went to before only said that I needed to reduce the philtrum by a few millimeters and that was it. Here they said that if I only shorten the philtrum, the columella will get drawn in. Then the nasolabial angle will be pushed down even more, so they said the nasal tip has to be looked at together. They drew it on paper and explained why that happens, so I finally understood why my side profile looks like this lol. We talked about raising the nasal tip with donated rib cartilage, and they said there was no need to go all the way to autologous rib cartilage for a first surgery. The director is not very talkative. Definitely a T.. a capital T. That said, he was not unfriendly, and he answered everything with facts, so from the perspective of someone who wants surgery, that was actually fine? Everything is really good, but I am worried about money.. ha..
