Overall, it was a somewhat disappointing visit. In particular, the result of the filler procedure was different from what I had expected, so I was not satisfied, and that was the most disappointing part. I told them about the things I was unhappy with after the procedure, and thankfully the doctor did not get offended or respond carelessly, but listened to me and explained things kindly. The staff were also friendly overall. Personally I was not satisfied with the result itself, but their response to my complaints and the service side of things were fine.
