After my nose surgery, every time I went to the hospital, the director checked everything carefully, and because it was a major surgery I was very worried, but they treated me so warmly!First of all, before the nose surgery, what I wanted wasMy nose is on the small side + it had a rather bulbous-nose feel..The tip also looked a bit triangular? So it really bothered me..I had been thinking about nose surgery for a long time already,and then I ended up actually getting surgery when the opportunity came...that was the case.[Clinic A] During the consultation, Director [Doctor A] checked my skin laxity and nose condition,and told me to what extent it would be possible,and honestly explained the limitations too and suggested a safe direction,which made me trust them, so I went ahead with the surgery..Without an implant, using only autologous costal cartilage from the middle bridge of the nose all the way to the tip, I had bulbous-nose and columella correction!It definitely feels much more defined than before,and it seems to have gained more dimension too.Taking photos and retouching them was such a pain..Now I do not need separate retouching, so it is so much more convenientAt first I thought maybe I would have preferred it a little higher? But now I think the height suits my face perfectly, so I am satisfied!
