1. They did not tell me the event price. Without my consent, they first sent me to a doctor with an extra charge attached. 2. The surgery loosened very quickly, and when I complained, the doctor responded as if it was extremely annoying. I was shocked. I could not trust the doctor, and the person in charge kept changing, so in the end I had revision surgery again somewhere else.
