I rushed the consultation, so I was assigned a doctor rather than the one I had specifically requested. The hospital had lots of managers, lots of doctors, and even more people.. The wait alone was almost 1 hour? It really felt like a factory. The consultation was fine, though. They kept holding my face to see how this line would look, what it would look like if it were raised a little, and told me to ask anything I wanted, so I felt much clearer about things. They explained how it would turn out, what improvements were possible, and so on, with confidence
