It has been 1 year and 3 months since surgery. My skin is thick, I had no bridge at all, and I had an ugly bulbous nose. I had silicone, ear cartilage, alar reduction, and alar base resection. Because my bridge was so low, they recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I felt too burdened to use that in my first surgery, so I chose ear cartilage. The director's consultation was kind and calm, and I had never heard of alar base resection before so I was a little hesitant, but they explained it in detail with example photos, so I trusted them and had the surgery.
