When I went for the consultation, I had gone because of facial asymmetry, but they said the nose should come first, so I had nose surgery. I had already had nose surgery before, so I had not paid much attention to it, but the doctor said the nose should come first for the patient, so after much deliberation I had nose surgery. They said my nose condition included inflammation and that it was a very difficult surgery, and that it took as long as 7 hours. At least after doing just the nose, my impression did improve. During the consultation they ranked the priorities, and I really felt the professionalism and gained trust.
