Using septal cartilage. If insufficient, use ear cartilage. I was diagnosed with a dorsal hump, a crooked nose, and bulbous tip correction, and the director analyzed my facial asymmetry very accurately. They showed me a simulated cosmetic surgery photo and spoke honestly about the expected results and risks after surgery, so through the consultation I came to understand my face accurately (I had not realized my asymmetry was that severe). The manager was also very kind!! There was a wait beyond my appointment time, and I know the director's surgical skill is good, but I think it may not match my aesthetic sense, so I will probably hold off. The director was really honest, so I realized that the nose in my ideal image is not possible lol.. While waiting for the consultation, I saw patients coming in for follow-up checks after surgery and people coming in for consultations, which made me feel a bit reassured (it would be awkward if there were too few customers..). Also, I saw reviews saying the director is scary, but they are not scary!! They are rather warm. Even though I asked a lot of questions, they answered in detail and asked whether I had anything else I was curious about, so they felt a bit tsundere (I am T too, so maybe I prefer a T tendency?)
