I had already consulted with Top Tier Plastic Surgery before and had known about them, and after visiting I had my nose surgery there! My nasal congestion had gotten worse than before, and I thought my nose shape was a bit short and that a slight hump was not very harmonious with my face, so I wanted a style that was harmonious and natural rather than strongly looking like cosmetic surgery. That matched well with the direction the director explained, and they did such a good job that I was very satisfied! The upturned-nose feeling from the front was corrected not by making the nose longer, but by lowering the angle, which I really liked. Since it was no-implant surgery, it feels safe, and the finishing touches seem to have been refined naturally, so I’m even more satisfied! :) If you’re looking into male nose surgery, I definitely recommend it
