2-Month Review of No-Implant Nose Surgery at Named

! I had been very bothered by my upturned nose, so I decided to have surgery, but my real preference was not for anything dramatically obvious, just for the flaws to be naturally corrected. I hate anything artificial, so I skipped silicone entirely and only looked into no-implant surgery (autologous costal cartilage)! I visited 4 places in total. One place said silicone was absolutely required, while the other 3 said no-implant surgery was possible. But the other places kept making a ton of extra suggestions like alar reduction and so on, which felt burdensome... I really did not want my face or original image to change at all. Named was the most conservative and proposed a plan to improve only the specific flaws that bothered me, so I chose them right away! Honestly, since the surgery used autologous costal cartilage, I was a little scared before starting, but although a scar did remain, it was smaller than I expected, so I was relieved. On days 2 to 3 after surgery, the swelling at the nose tip was at its peak, so I did get startled for a moment, but it went down quickly! After the second week, the swelling kept going down and there was almost no bruising, so my coworkers would probably never know I had surgery unless I told them haha It’s been 2 months now, and it looks so, so natural that I immediately understood why this place is famous for male noses. For men, the key is really to keep it not excessive and natural! The upturned nose has been fully corrected, but there is absolutely no sign of surgery If you, like me, hate artificial changes and want only the flaws fixed naturally, I recommend it!
