The bridge is not especially low, but the tip is very round and wide, so this is a severe bulbous nose. My nostrils are wide too, and the nasal tip is thick, so when I take a front-facing photo, the nose looks much bigger than it really is, which is my biggest concern. This is my first nose surgery as a man, and I definitely want to have it done this winter, so I am looking into hospitals in the Gangnam area of Seoul. I do not want the bridge raised too much or the tip made too sharp; I just want the bulbous-nose look softened naturally and a nose that suits my face well. I would also like the incision scar to be almost invisible and not look obviously surgical. If anyone has had good results with a similar nose, please recommend a hospital and doctor. I will also gladly check private comments!
