Wonder canthoplasty, surgery day~~

My eyes themselves aren’t especially small, but because the outer corners are short and slightly upturned, I’ve often been told my impression looks more sharp than clear. Redoing my double eyelids felt like too much of a burden, and I thought that if I just adjusted the horizontal length of my eyes and the angle of the outer corners, my expression would become much softer, so I decided on Wonder canthoplasty, which includes lateral canthoplasty and lowering the outer corners of the eyes. What I was most worried about was the canthoplasty looking obvious or my eyes looking droopy. When I said that honestly during the consultation, they looked at my eye condition and explained the 기준 for how far the outer side could be opened and how much the outer corners should be lowered for it to look natural. Rather than going in the direction of doing as much as possible, we decided to proceed within the range that suited my eyes, which made it easier to decide. It’s the day of surgery, so there’s still swelling and stitches, but the outer corners are already visibly longer. Before, the ends of my eyes were lifted upward, so my eyes looked short, but now the outer corners extend sideways and downward, making the eyes look longer horizontally and the overall eye shape much more relaxed. From the front, my eyes also look bigger, so even on the day of surgery my first impression is satisfying. I’ll have to keep watching the final result after the swelling goes down, but I’m glad to see that the outer-corner angle I had kept worrying about was already adjusted right after surgery. The pain was also not as bad as I expected, and I’m looking forward even more to how my eye shape will settle in later
