If you’re considering revision surgery with incisions, I recommend visiting [Clinic A]! I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method 2 years ago, and at the 1-year mark, one side started to loosen; after that, before reaching the 2-year mark, both sides had completely lost their double eyelids. Because I thought incisions would prevent it from loosening, I looked into many hospitals where incisional surgery was possible. What I liked about [Clinic A] was that, first, there were many reviews about eye surgery, both in terms of the number of reviews and the doctor’s experience. And when I went for the consultation, they proactively explained things I was likely to wonder about, such as why eye-opening correction needed to be done together and concerns about incision scars, which I appreciated. Even aside from the consultation, after comparing various options, it seemed good, so I chose it. I’m posting photos from 1 month and 2 months after the surgery together. I was surprised that even though it was done with incisions, there wasn’t much swelling, and I like the double-eyelid shape from the surgery even more than before. The incision scar is also barely visible. Maybe because eye-opening correction was done together, it feels easier to open my eyes too, which is nice. I think there are probably many people like me who had buried-suture double eyelids, had them loosen, and are now looking into revision surgery with incisions. I recommend visiting Dr. Yang Hae-won at [Clinic A] at least once. They explained all the parts I was worried about first, and the surgery seems truly excellent.
