It has already been 4 months since the surgery. The tip looks much more refined than before, and the feeling of it looking spread out has decreased a lot. I already had a decent bridge, so I was able to have surgery without an implant, and I went with the no-implant option. At Dalbi Plastic Surgery, they also support the bridge with autologous costal cartilage up to the height of the bridge, so it comes out looking as neat as if silicone had been used, without any visible step-off! And because Director Byun controlled the bleeding so well during surgery, I did not even need nasal packing afterward, which was really comfortable. No headache, no dry mouth, so normal daily life was possible right away. I wanted something natural but with a clear before-and-after difference, and the director reflected exactly the aesthetic I was aiming for. The bulbous-nose look is gone now, and with a good sense of aesthetics, the nasolabial angle line was also checked in detail, so even my side profile looks much prettier
