Can you check if this is a side effect from epicanthoplasty?ㅠㅠ

It wasn’t like this on the first day, but after a few days, redness appeared around the stitches on my left eye, and something like a pimple? inflammation? seemed to be coming up, so I wrote a post and asked the clinic. They said it seemed like a thread allergy and that we’d probably need to watch it for about a month. After that, the left side settled down a bit, but now the right side is like that too ㅠㅠ On the right side, something like a boil? has completely come up ㅠㅠ I asked the clinic about this too, and they said it should get better with time. If anyone here has had this kind of experience, please leave a comment ㅠㅠ The first photo is from the first day, the second is from now, one week later, and the third photo is the one showing that boil-like thing that came up!! Oh, and I had double eyelid surgery done together with it. But it’s not my skin, it’s my eyeball, I mean the eye itself, that feels itchy and stinging. Could this also be one of the side effects? ㅠㅠ
