Mentor 300, inframammary incision, overseas + out-of-town patient I can’t believe the day has come when I’m writing a review like thisㅎ I live overseas, and my home in Korea is also outside Seoul. With the pandemic restrictions lifted, and as a reward to myself for achieving a personal goal, I started searching like crazy before arriving in Korea because I was thinking about breast surgery. The two things I wanted were minimal pain and beautifully shaped breasts. Minimal pain was an essential condition because it included the surgeon’s skill and minimal dissection, and now that I’ve done it, I feel like I chose well. From the day of surgery, I was walking around fine and had no problem using my arms. My younger sibling had surgery in the U.S. during the pandemic with a fairly famous doctor and still had a hard time for two days, but even considering I had a pain pump, I was really okay. Instead, today, day 1, my breasts are very sensitiveㅜㅜ They don’t hurt, but they’re sensitive... I don’t know how to explain it. Anyway, the hardest part was fasting and not being able to drink even a sip of water. Since I’m from out of town, after drinking one glass of water at midnight the night before, I only got to face water almost 20 hours after surgery ended, and that was the hardest part. Because of that, I couldn’t urinate in the recovery room, so discharge was delayed a bit. If there are any other out-of-town patients, ask the recovery-room nurse to speed up the IV fluid rate. From after I woke up from anesthesia, my mind was so clear, and my friend was waiting, so it felt regrettable to just linger in the recovery room. Today, day 1, I even got the Ulthermage treatment I had booked in advance at a dermatology clinic before returning home, handled that schedule with no strain at all, took the KTX, and came home. And the beautifully shaped breasts I wanted so muchㅎㅎ Right now there’s swelling and the left and right sides are settling differently, so I’m not totally sure, but as soon as I came out of the recovery room, I checked while changing clothes, you know? It was exactly the shape and size I wanted. My instant satisfaction was truly 200%! I have broad shoulders and I’m not exactly thin, and I have no will to lose more weight, so I was a bit worried I might end up with a size that made me look bulky, but the size the doctor recommended was just right. As expected from a professional... Everyone says bigger is better, but that’s for slim people, and I feel like by letting go of that greed, I got the optimal size and shape for me~~ Like 2
