Mentor Xtra, 1 Week Post-Op

Finally, I got my stitches removed today Even just getting the stitches removed made my heart race so much... But unlike what I was worried about, it didn’t hurt at all, so I was surprised~ They talked with me while removing the stitches and made me feel comfortable, so it was over in an instant Other than not being able to sleep lying down for a week, I was okay If I lay flat, I couldn’t get up at all.. So I piled up back-support cushions and slept almost at a 45-degree angle~ That at least made it hurt less when sitting up or getting up If there’s one thing I figured out, I lightly place one arm as if wrapping it around my chest, and in my mind I go, one, two, three!! and at the same time tighten my abs hard! and get up Then the pain was a bit less Starting the day after surgery, I worked right away, met friends, went shopping, and got around fine Still, since it was surgery, I had to be careful, so I think I went around well without overdoing it My implants are Mentor Xtra, and I got 350 on the right / 295 on the left I need to lose weight now, but thinking about it, if I lose weight from here, I’ll probably end up around a full B cup... Ha... On the day of surgery, they said they could even put in up to 400, and I regret not just asking them to put it in without hesitating::: If I realized anything, I’d recommend succeeding with your diet first and then getting surgery in that state. Thinking about losing 10 kg from here... I should have dieted and then had surgery..: I regret it so much For now, I suddenly gained 10 kg over 3 months, so I had surgery while I was heavier during that period... I can’t maintain this I think I was short-sighted, so anyway, I’m regretting it a lot If you can go bigger, go bigger haha Other than the swelling moving downward and making my belly stick out like a tadpole belly, my daily life is getting better day by day Hesitation only delays the time it takes to become prettier..
