It’s been about 10 years since I had rhinoplasty, and I had it done with silicone and ear cartilage. I never had inflammation, but lately I’ve been feeling a tingling sensation at the tip of my nose, and suddenly I feel so anxious that I can’t control it. I don’t want to do anything additional, I just want to remove it. If I remove it, will the shape of my nose become a disaster?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
