Nose Surgery Reviews

One month after male dorsal hump rhinoplasty

Before the surgery, I had a dorsal hump, which had bothered me for a long time. While I was also struggling with rhinitis, I had thought about getting that corrected at the same time, but on the doctor’s recommendation at the time, I didn’t go through with it. This time, when I had time, I decided to go ahead with the surgery. My goal was to do it safely and naturally so I wouldn’t need a revision, so I looked up a lot of posts. It was also a clinic run by one director, Dr. Kim Da-alm, and the reviews about post-op care were good, so I felt that OblI Plastic Surgery seemed like a good choice. As before, I had undergone septal surgery because of rhinitis, and recovering from that had been so difficult, so I really hated the idea of revision surgery. I wanted to lower the possibility of side effects as much as possible, so I had the surgery with autologous cartilage without any implant material. I don’t have to worry about side effects, and I’m very happy! First of all, the pain was surprisingly nonexistent. The period when my nose was packed with cotton was only one day. The only downside was that I couldn’t wash for a full week, which made me feel really uncomfortable. They used ear cartilage, and there was a little hyperpigmentation at the incision site, but the director paid close attention to it and I also received laser treatment every month as part of aftercare. If you’re looking for a place that is responsible and has good post-op follow-up care, I recommend OblI Plastic Surgery!
