A columellar strut was built with costal cartilage, and the nasal tip cartilage was elevated..
Costal cartilage was placed in the columella, but it did not function as a support and bent..
Overall, it bent to the right, making the nostrils uneven~
I couldn't breathe through my left nostril, and the nasal tip bent to the right~
After surgery, the columella became longer and the nasal tip came down with it~
In the end, I had it removed..
Day 5 after columella removal and nasal tip cartilage removal..
Tomorrow is the day I go to have the stitches removed..
