My face looks a bit wide and flat from the front, so I’m thinking about cheekbone reduction surgery. My jaw and side profile are fine, but if I get cheekbone reduction surgery, do I need to do my jaw too? My cheekbones have a wider horizontal width than my jaw, so if they’re reduced, I’m wondering if I’d also need to reduce my jaw for the proportions to match..
