I’m in my early 40s? and they said even autologous costal cartilage can calcify, so they recommended donor rib cartilage. Out of 5 consultations, only 1 place said to use autologous costal cartilage, 2 places said I should use donor rib cartilage, and the rest said it was my choice. I’m thinking of just using donor rib cartilage, but I’m still debating which hospital to choose I’m going to visit two more places the day after tomorrow and decide. I had my nose done 15 years ago and have lived with it, but after going around for consultations lately, I suddenly feel like my nose is urgent, so fickle of me lol. I’m thinking I need to get it done as soon as possible.
