I’m in my early 40s? and they said even autologous costal cartilage can calcify, so they recommended donor rib cartilage. Out of 5 consultations, only 1 place said to use autologous costal cartilage, 2 places said I should use donor rib cartilage, and the rest said it was my choice. I’m thinking of just using donor rib cartilage, but I’m still debating which hospital to choose ㅜ I’m going to visit two more places the day after tomorrow and decide. I had my nose done 15 years ago and have lived with it, but after going around for consultations lately, I suddenly feel like my nose is urgent, so fickle of me lol. I’m thinking I need to get it done as soon as possible.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
